The Blue Cell, LLC is proud to announce the aquisition of east coast based exercise company COMMAND SCHOOL TTX. This new Blue Cell subsidiary, which has been doing exercise work at the national level since 1992, gives The Blue Cell a depth of capability in exercise design and 3 dimensional diorama usage that has been at the top of the industry for 2 decades.

ABOUT OUR FIRM

Our firm is a full service planning company that specializes in all phases of emergency related preparedness, response and recovery in support of local, state, federal governments and select private interests.  In addition to our training, exercise development, consulting and deployment capabilites we have a webstore  that features select proprietory items and our custom simulation environment on the web- Chelsea County USA . This product is used in a number of our simulations and trainings or can be subscribed to for independent jurisdictional or corporate use.

A new additional line of services under consulting are Homeland Security related architectural design projects. Our planning forum is scheduled to launch Fall 2012 in conjunction with our new exercise capabilites and The Blue Cell Production Group's live web capability (Studio BC).

When the occassion arises requiring field deployment and the only available technology is a mobile device, we now have an android market app (The I-Phone and Blackberry versions are under development). The Blue Cell app is free and has a number of helpful field tools and emergency references.
